I’m thinking about leaving, or rethinking, the NHS.

Leaving, or restructuring how you practise, is rarely just a logistical decision. It comes with fear,
identity questions, and a hundred unknowns, and rarely anyone to think it through with who has
actually done it.

How it works

A small group of up to seven clinicians, all weighing up private or portfolio practice, meeting online over ten weeks. Each
week we work through a part of it: what you actually want, the fears underneath, the practical steps, and what needs to be
in place. Led by me, having just made the move myself, in a room of peers going through the same thing.
You leave with a clear view of your options, an honest sense of whether it’s right for you.

The details

This is for clinicians seriously considering the move. It isn’t for you if you just want a quick answer on a single decision; that’s better suited to a one-to-one mentoring session (it can be booked here)
